3. Raymond mill should be inspected after using a period of time, as well as the easy damaged parts such as the grinding roller, grinding ring and shovel blade, etc., to repair and replace timely. In both the pre-use and post- use of the grinding roller, carefully examine the connecting bolts and nuts to see whether there is any of them are loose or not, and to see if the lubricating oil is enough.
4. Replace the grinding roller for a new one after being used for more than 500 hours, as well as clean every rolling bearing in the grinding roller shell and change the damaged parts timely. The manual pumps and grease gun are available for refueling.
5. Lubricate the bearings with 1-MOS2 lubricating grease or ZN-2 sodium bitter grease.
6. The grinding roller bearing should be refueled every shift, the main engine central bearing every four shifts and the blower bearing once a month. The temperature of bearing room shall not exceed 70 ℃. Bearing overheating once founded, we should disassemble the bearings and then clean it and the bearing room and other accessories.
